Restaurant on the way home from Yosemite!
If you are ever coming home from Yosemite via 120 through Buck meadows, Groveland or Big Oak Flat and are looking for something really good to eat and not just another meal in a typical restaurant, make sure you stop at Stans’s Que.
Why do I say this? Well tonight on the way home from Yosemite I stopped and ordered some baby back ribs, and let me tell you, this is the best food I have had in a long time! Home cooked meals with baby back ribs or wonderful tri tip! Just amazing! They also have different kinds of items on their menus but the ribs are to die for!
They now have two places of business, one on highway 120 in Buck Meadows about 10 minutes from the main gate leaving Yosemite heading back towards the Groveland direction, and one in Groveland itself by the post office.
Stop by and ask for Pam and tell her Kev sent you. She is one of the nicest people you are ever going to meet. Down to earth and amazing food!
Give them a ring to find out more about their menus if you are going to be in the area; 209-962-0680. Also if you stop by their spot in buck meadows, next door to them is a really nice hotel is you don't feel like driving home after a wonderful day of adventure in Yosemite.
Stop on by and I guarantee you will not regret it!
Oh, did I mention that the ribs are amazing?
